No. Scentara currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment registration.

Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all seals and labels intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Yes. Opened or used fragrance products, items with broken seals, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping may be covered by Scentara where applicable.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
